ABOUT DYNAMIC WOMAN CIRCLE
The monthly Dynamic Woman Circle offers a space for you to connect with yourself, your body, and a community of women as we explore the depths of a specific theme, using a Pilates-based mindful movement practice and guided reflection. The Dynamic Woman Circle, which is complimentary for those in the Dynamic Woman Mastery program, is also open to special guests and the Dynamic Core Community.
