Terms & Policies
SCHEDULING YOUR SESSIONS:
The Client Care Coordinator will get in touch with you before the start of your program in order to schedule out all of your sessions. Having the time set aside for you in advance will create a powerful structure and rhythm for the work you'll be doing.
SCHEDULE CHANGES & CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you need to reschedule a session, please give at least 24 hours notice. To reschedule your appointment you can email Gretchen, Client Care Coordinator, at email@example.com. If you are unable to attend your appointment and cancellation is made within less than 24 hours, then you will incur loss of session and full payment is expected for the missed appointment.
FEE CHARGING POLICY:
Sessions must be paid for in advance. That is payments must be received and cleared before the first session of the package.
PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE. You are responsible for the full fee for the entire course of the program, regardless of whether you actually attend or complete the program, and regardless of whether you have chosen to pay in full or spread across multiple payments. No refunds will be issued or monthly payments forgiven.
It is imperative to keep all communication lines open, clear and up front. The coach will use their skills and knowledge to design a program of exercise that will take into account the clients personal goals, exercise preferences and fitness levels. The coach will provide the coaching, supervision, advice and support that the client needs to help them achieve their goals. The client’s progress will be regularly monitored and the program revised and adjusted accordingly. There will be continuous check ins to ask you how you are feeling so you can show how to best guide you. If you are ever experiencing something that does not feel right or you would like clarification, please bring it up. I will work with you to make sure you understand what we are working on and help you make appropriate adjustments for yourself.
You are responsible for decisions made about your body, your health and your life. I serve as a guide and consistent source of support, providing information and sharing suggestions from which you can make your own informed decisions.
If I feel that working together is not benefiting you, or if you are not moving forward on recommendations I make, I may choose to close our working relationship. If such a situation comes up I will give you five days written notice (via mail, fax, or email). Any fees that you have already paid will be refunded based on a prorated basis per week of unused time. In the event that you owe fees to Frances Darnell of Dynamic Core, you will pay them within 10 days of termination. If you elect to terminate the working relationship, you should notify me via mail, fax, or email. In the event that you owe fees to Frances Darnell of Dynamic Core, you will pay them within 10 days of termination.
All client information will be kept strictly private and confidential within Dynamic Core.
It is the client’s responsibility to fully disclose any health issues or medications that are relevant to participation in an exercise program. It is the responsibility of the client to cease exercise and report promptly any unusual feelings (e.g., chest discomfort, nausea, difficulty breathing, apparent injury) during the program. The client assumes responsibility to understand that the achievement of health and fitness goals cannot be guaranteed and that there is a risk of injury when participating in physical activity.
