The Return: What is ready to be released? ($47)

Life moves in seasons.

As the world changes around us, so do we. Each season brings its own invitations, responsibilities, joys, challenges, and ways of stretching us. As we make the turn into a new season, The Return offers a sacred pause—a chance to step out of the momentum of daily life, acknowledge where you are, and reconnect with yourself.

This autumn, our invitation is simple:
What is ready to be released?

Perhaps you're carrying expectations that no longer fit, responsibilities that have become too heavy, identities you've outgrown, pressure that's become familiar from caring for others, striving, loss or simply the pace you've been living.

Join us on September 21 as we circle up virtually. Together we'll slow down, listen inwardly, and explore what may be ready to be released so you can reconnect with your own steadiness, wisdom, and inner direction. Through guided reflection, embodied awareness, and compassionate witnessing, you'll be supported to meet yourself honestly—without needing to fix, force, or figure everything out.

You'll need:

  • an electronic device to access Zoom

  • a quiet space where you can participate without interruptions

  • paper, a notebook, or a journal and your favorite writing utensil (optional, though encouraged)

You don't need to arrive with answers. Only a willingness to return.

The Return is a seasonal gathering inspired by the rhythms of the Northern Hemisphere. Wherever you live, you're warmly invited to meet the season you're experiencing—both around you and within you.

Note that if you're unable to join us live, we still encourage you to register. A recording will be available for everyone who registers.

ABOUT OUR FACILITATOR

Frances Darnell is the founder of Dynamic Core, an embodied approach devoted to helping women cultivate greater strength, resilience, and trust in themselves—mind, body, and spirit. Through the integration of embodied movement, deep core awareness, nervous system support, coaching, energy work, and compassionate witnessing, Fran creates spaces where women can slow down, hear themselves more clearly, and strengthen the relationship they have with their whole self—one season, one breath, and one return at a time.
