This immersive workshop for mamas and mamas-to-be will empower you to connect with their core, stand in your power, and feel stronger in your own skin.
The workshop will offer a space for you to connect with yourself, your body, and a community of women while engaging in an open, honest conversation led by a panel of local perinatal professionals. In a city with one of the highest maternal mortality rates in the country, it is vital for you to be part of the change by learning about the resources available to you and understanding the changes happening in your body. Attendees will also receive exclusive access to a virtual goody bag featuring valuable resources and information.
During this powerful experience, you will also have the opportunity to preview what's possible for you in Dynamic Mama, an intimate group program that combines Pilates, mindful movement and coaching to help you reconnect with your body, reclaim your strength, and gracefully move through the miracles of motherhood from prenatal to postpartum.
Proceeds from this event will be donated to Mamatoto Village, a non-profit organization providing perinatal care in the DC Area.
