The Secret to the Power of a Group

I love supporting you to reach your goals for yourself and your body.

One of my favorite quotes of Joseph Pilates is: “To achieve the highest accomplishments within the scope of our capabilities in all walks of life we must constantly strive to acquire strong, healthy bodies and develop our minds to the limits of our ability.”

In my work with my group programs it is awesome to see how the focus, concentration & physical Pilates practice stems out into what women are achieving in other areas of their life.

It is so inspiring to see how the power of each woman working towards similar health & wellness goals really elevates the whole group.

The women are a mirror for each other reflecting & celebrating the progress they are making.

What I love to provide in a circle of women is the opportunity for sharing your experiences because there is so much you can learn from one another.

It is beautiful to see women accepting and embracing their unique body shape.

The secret to the power of a group is that it is an opportunity to dissolve comparison & competition.

I always make this a firm intention in a group so that there is amazing support, cheering each other on.

When one woman is accomplishing her goals she is inspiring the others to do the same. This ripple effect multiplies and the achievements of one person influence the group and the rest of their lives.

Working out in a group is powerful!

My invitation to you this week:

If you are in NYC come join me and an amazing community of women for the Dynamic Woman series starting this Thursday Sept 26th - a Pilates course for women.

Also NYC Mamas check out the Moms in Training program. The information for the running training program that helps to raise funds for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society is below.

If you aren’t in NYC reach out and connect with people to share your goals.

What makes you feel fit / nourished / alive? Connect with a meet-up group or someone in your friends or family who has a similar interest. You can truly inspire and motivate each other!
