  • formed the habit of taking small, simple steps, celebrating your wins, and honoring your process while witnessing your progress and seeing all the steps and choices that have helped you get where you are;

  • exercised regularly and practiced taking better care of your mind, body, energy, and spirit;

  • honored the season of life that you are in, and brought compassion + grace to the expectations you have of yourself as you set + achieve goals that are realistic for YOU;

  • identified the triggers that take you off course, distract you, or make you lose focus;

  • developed a highly effective practice of meeting yourself in the moment so you can consciously choose where to put your attention + energy and return from distraction to come back to center;

  • 4 energy practices to learn how to fully and unapologetically honor where you are in any cycle: pause, rest, awareness, initiation, expansion, flow, integration, receiving, and gratitude

  • a complete, step-by-step process for how to cultivate behaviors that become positive patterns and diminish stress, help you become more present, and honor what your heart, mind, and energetic state need wherever you are in your day and in your dynamic life

  • reflection questions and prompts to cull and gather your wisdom throughout the course, helping you (re)engage with your own intuition and knowing in a sustainable way

  • additional tools and templates for supporting your action, building nourishing routines, tracking your routines, shifting self-judgment, and helping you recognize when you’re getting stuck in a bad head space about not taking enough action, not feeling motivated enough, or not carving out enough time

Making conscious choices about how I spend my time, what I give my energy to, and how I tend to my whole self — mind, body, spirit — has transformed my life.

I know firsthand what it’s like to feel depleted, be overwhelmed with all that is on your plate, and to have a lot of self-judgment for all of the things on your mental to-do list that are not getting done. (There just doesn’t seem to be enough time or space for any of it!)

What has changed for me is the awareness that life is dynamic and that there are layers of cycles upon cycles present in every interaction, day, week, month, project, season, year, and phase of life, just as they are present within our own bodies and the external world around us.
