  • I’m feeling busy and a little overwhelmed by all the things I have going on in my life; I’m uncertain I’ll have the time to dedicate to this course. Are you sure I can do this?

    You don’t have to participate in the practices at a certain time; the energy and awareness of the cycles will be working through you all day every day as you bring your attention back home to yourself over these six weeks. You will likely feel most supported by committing at least 15 minutes a day to this work, but you get to decide how to dedicate your time in a way that’s nourishing to you, whether it is taking notes, writing and reflecting, moving, breathing, meditating, or connecting with nature. Above all else, this course is about YOU helping you take small, simple steps that accumulate over time so that you can trust yourself to honor and commit to your intentions. Even 5 minutes a day will help. This will build a rhythm you can sustain beyond the course.

  • Will I need to invest in any other props, tools, or resources to build my nourishing routines and get the most out of this?

    You will need your body, some space to move, and an electronic device and internet connection to connect to the member portal, your resources, and our live Support Circle calls. You may want a mat or a cushioned surface on the floor (like carpeting or a towel), as well as a journal or notebook to capture your thoughts, insights, and reflections but neither is required.

  • Do I need to have experience with Pilates, movement, or meditation to participate?

    You do not need to have previous experience with Pilates, movement practices, breathwork, energy work, or meditation. All of the practices are accessible and broken down. Just bring your curiosity and willingness to witness and explore what you experience in the various practices, and what benefits you feel.

  • I’m fairly new to understanding the cycles in my body and life. Is this going to be too advanced for me?

    This course is designed to meet you where you are. Together, we will explore the energy of the cycles that are present in our body, life, nature, and the environment around us. You will be able to learn and deepen your understanding as we go through the course. (And if you are more familiar with this work, you will also get to deepen your experience of the cycles in your life.)

  • When I join, will I get immediate access to all the course content, practices, lessons, and modules?

    Your practices and resources will be released week by week so that the work is paced and supports you in taking your time, reflecting, and fully experiencing each phase of the cycles.
