 We See You.

You carry a great deal.
You care deeply.
You hold things together.

And somewhere along the way...
you’ve spent so much time responding to what feels urgent, expected, or needed that you’ve slowly begun to feel farther away from yourself than you ever intended.

We invite you to return to yourself.
To slow down.
To notice honestly.

To return to what is true.
right here, right now.

The quality of your life is shaped by what you orient to. When pressure becomes your compass, it becomes easy to lose sight of your own inner knowing and forget that you have a compass of your own within you.

A grounding practice for self-awareness

Orientation Practice is a live, guided small group experience where women gather weekly online to slow down, listen inwardly, recognize patterns in real time, and return to themselves with greater self-trust. Designed for women feeling the pull of responsibility, mental noise, or internal pressure, this practice supports greater steadiness and spaciousness through self-awareness, nervous system support, sacred witnessing, and honest reflection.

This is not about learning more information or fixing yourself.

It’s a space for practice.

A space to hear your internal signals more clearly and strengthen self-trust through consistency and repetition.

Orientation Practice guides you to orient to reality. Together, we practice your capacity to notice what’s actually true, recognize moments of choice, hear internal signals more clearly, respond from self-trust rather than pressure, and create more steadiness and spaciousness in everyday life.

You may recognize yourself here...

  • You move through your days feeling as though you’re always one step behind, even though you’re constantly doing.

  • You say “yes” before you've had time to notice what you actually feel.

  • You notice your shoulders tightening... your jaw clenching... your breath becoming shallow... and you keep going anyway.

  • You spend so much time anticipating what everyone else might need that there's very little room left to hear yourself.

  • You find it difficult to rest without feeling guilty.

  • You quietly long for more steadiness... More ease... More space to simply be.

From the outside, your life may look held together. Inside, you wonder if there's another way. Not because you're incapable... But because somewhere along the way, you stopped placing yourself at the center of your own compass.

Perhaps the problem isn’t what you think it is.

You may believe you need...

  • better time management

  • more motivation

  • more discipline

  • a better routine

But perhaps...

you’ve simply become more practiced at listening to pressure than to yourself.

Orientation Practice is an invitation to practice something different. To return to reality instead of pressure. To listen before reacting. To notice before deciding. To remember that you always have a relationship with yourself—and that relationship can become your most trusted guide.

What begins to change

With practice, many women begin to notice small but meaningful shifts in everyday life.

  • They pause and create space to listen before automatically saying yes.

  • They notice tension before it becomes exhaustion.

  • They recognize when they’re taking responsibility for something that isn’t theirs to carry.

  • They make decisions that reflect their actual capacity.

  • They recover more quickly after feeling overwhelmed.

  • They spend less time questioning themselves after making a decision.

  • They are able to rest without needing to earn it.

These aren’t overnight transformations.

They’re small changes that quietly reshape how you move through your life.

What we practice together

We gather weekly online for one hour on Mondays over five consecutive weeks to take a pause from the everyday rhythm of life and return to ourselves.

  • October 19 at 11:00am ET (60 minutes)

  • October 26 at 11:00am ET (60 minutes)

  • November 2 at 11:00am ET (60 minutes)

  • November 9 at 11:00am ET (60 minutes)

  • November 16 at 11:00am ET (60 minutes)

Every week, we return to the same practice:

  • Arriving and orienting to the present moment

  • Being guided through your body, heart, mind, spirit, and energy

  • Allowing yourself to hear what each part of your self has been quietly communicating

  • Quietly processing and journaling to capture your own insights

  • Engaging in sacred partner witnessing where you each speak honestly, listen deeply, and reflect one another without fixing or giving advice

  • Returning to your life with greater clarity about what is true for you

Each gathering stands on its own and builds gently on the last, creating a steady rhythm of returning to yourself week by week. Again and again.

The Orientation Practice was such an oasis in the midst of a challenging time. It was a calm invitation to just sit, let your mind quiet, and notice. It sounds so simple, but was so powerful every week. A little bit of grace and self-acceptance goes a long way to making life feel more grounded and manageable.

About Your Guide

Frances Darnell is the founder of Dynamic Core, an embodied approach devoted to helping women cultivate greater strength, resilience, and trust in themselves—mind, body, and spirit.

Over the past 20 years, Fran has worked with women across private practice, retreats, workshops, and community programs guiding women through embodied movement, reflective practice, coaching, energy medicine, and community experiences that help them slow down, hear themselves more clearly, and respond to their lives from a place of greater honesty and self-trust.

Her work is informed by her training as a Pilates teacher, Transformational Coach, and Reiki practitioner, as well as years of study in human development, embodiment, movement, energy work, and reflective practice.

Dynamic Core was created from a simple understanding: the way we relate to our inner lives shapes the way we experience our outer ones. Rather than helping women become someone new, its work is devoted to helping them return to who they already are.

Orientation Practice sits at the heart of this work. More importantly, it is a practice Fran continues to return to herself.

She knows what it feels like to think ahead, hold everything together, and override her own needs in the process. Orientation Practice isn't something she teaches from the outside. It is a way of relating to herself that she continues to practice alongside the women she guides.

Rather than telling women what is true for them, Fran creates a space where they can hear, trust, and respond to their own inner knowing, allowing them to practice being in honest relationship with themselves in real time.

Perhaps this isn’t your first invitation to slow down. Perhaps it’s simply the first one you’ve trusted. If something in you has been quietly whispering, “There has to be another way...” perhaps this is your invitation.

Website-Color-Block-Purple.png

this is your invitation.

Not to become someone new.

Not to learn another system.

Not to try harder.

Simply to practice returning.

To what is true.

To your own center.

If you are ready to return to yourself...
